We had a great time. Host was easy to communicate with. We loved the spa & kayaks.

Cosy, relaxing stay Positive: We had a really lovely stay here. Beautiful home with everything you need and very comfortable. Having the 2 big beds in the main bedroom was perfect for us with our toddler, he slept in bed with me and hubby got a whole bed to himself 😂 The smart TVs in all the rooms were a great bonus and had so many apps. We also loved the spa and used it every night. So relaxing, especially on the cooler nights! Even though there are houses fairly close by, it still felt really private and we never felt overlooked, which was nice. The coffee machine was also a great addition and very much appreciated. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the private beach access or kayak because of the weather and only having a short stay, which we were pretty gutted about! Definitely gives us a reason to come back though Negative: Only a few little things. The air con unit looked like it could do with a clean and we had to change the batteries in the remote. A dryer would be really handy, especially for families with young kids. We did a load of washing but with the rainy weather it didn't really dry properly. If you're travelling with a toddler, just be aware the lounge TV sits on a table, so our little guy kept trying to touch it and we were a bit worried he'd pull it over 😂. The shower head was probably the trickiest thing for us. It can't be removed or moved, so it was quite difficult to shower our toddler properly and I imagine it could also be a little awkward for shorter people. Overall though, these were only minor things and didn't take away from us really enjoying our stay. We'd definitely come back, hopefully next time with better weather so we can actually enjoy the beach and kayak!

Beautiful location, cosy lakeside vibes. Positive: Compact but with everything we needed. Enjoyed the spa and the lake front. Very helpful staff when we had a few questions. Negative: It was all great.

Clean room, responsive host and love the hot tub and basketball hoops! Short walk to the lake also a plus
