Smart accommodation in a prime location to enjoy the beauty of Rotorua and its sights.
Positive: Excellent location overlooking the Rotorua lakefront and park. Around the corner from Eat Street and a great ice cream shop. Very good kitchen facilities. We appreciated the discount available to book the beautiful Wai Ariki Spa.
Negative: Sound of music carried from nearby pub but usually finished at a reasonable hour.

The host was so helpful when we locked ourselves out. The apartment was beautiful! Unfortunately it was a very hot outside and the place was hard ti cool down . The 3rd option to sleep, really doesn't work for an adult, no privacy at all. The location was excellent the garage perfect and the deocor could have been in a magazine.

Great location. Able to walk to restaurants and stores. The living room has a beautiful view with porch access. Everything decorated very nicely with all the modern touches. Loved it!
