Smart accommodation in a prime location to enjoy the beauty of Rotorua and its sights. Positive: Excellent location overlooking the Rotorua lakefront and park. Around the corner from Eat Street and a great ice cream shop. Very good kitchen facilities. We appreciated the discount available to book the beautiful Wai Ariki Spa. Negative: Sound of music carried from nearby pub but usually finished at a reasonable hour.

Great location. Able to walk to restaurants and stores. The living room has a beautiful view with porch access. Everything decorated very nicely with all the modern touches. Loved it!

Great location to enjoy Rotorua Positive: Great location around the corner from Eat Streat. Easy access with underground carpark and lift. Spacious, secure apartment with balcony overlooking the parkland and lake. Negative: Balcony could do with a spruce up. There was a lot of water lying around in the lift when it rained.
