Very clean, comfortable and quiet in a lovely setting. Exactly like its advertised
Positive: location was lovely and quiet in a beautiful setting
Negative: Table/floor lamps needed in lounge area as main lights too harsh.
Outdoor areas could be cleaned up.

An unusual design of house right on the shore of the lake, in a suburb of Rotorua town. We stayed as a family with young adult children. The house felt like it had been built truly as someone's holiday home so it was clean, very comfortable and very spacious with lots of facilities but not "high spec luxury", which was perfect for us! Very well placed for a short (5min) drive to Rotorua centre and a great base for exploring area. The management company responded quickly to a minor maintenance issue.Would definitely stay again !

Great location on the lake. Nice clean premises, beds were all very comfortable. There was a problem with the bathroom door not opening, but I hope it's been fixed.Would definately recommend this property to family and friends.
