Positive: The newness of the place. Everything felt clean, in good working order and really comfortable. The outdoor horseshoe seating looking out to Rotorua Lake is Sublime.
It was the comfiest of all out NZ stays.
Negative: Not much although it would have been handy to the know the owners lived next door, and especially when they were wandering around your site, collecting bins whilst you are having breakfast, or cleaning the pool. A tad more discretion/notice please would be nice even if our party is super sociable.
