Devon Eleven - cosy and central!

Positive: Was a cute and comfortable place to stay. More than enough room for the 5 of us. Negative: The only complaint would be the hot water was only luke warm.

Positive: Loved how clean the whole place was. The decor was interesting and unique. Lovely outside deck.. Very well appointed kitchen. Negative: A couple of gripes!! The shower!!! Water was luke warm at best and we all found it very difficult to operate! The big blue mugs very very stained and chipped... Maybe time for some replacements!

We only stayed one night as found it very uncomfortable for a family with adult children. Home was very warm and had no Positive: Decking to rear was nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Negative: No air conditioning. No fans. Small single beds; not suitable for adults. Mattress to main room very thin and bed very low. Hot water in shower very difficult to control. Only able to get water temperature to luke warm.

Positive: Great property in central Rotorua. Negative: Oven is quite hard to use and not very efficient.

Negative: no wifi the first two days. we had several interactions with the managing company until a temporary hot-spot was activated
