Slight issue with the number of beds within the site, but appeared to be more of an issue with the website images and website search feature and not the host themselves. Host looked to make amendments for us as soon as they knew, which was helpful.

Clean , spacious close to Papamoa beach , good parking , good for large family or groups

Positive: Lots of space, amazing location. Staff were very professional and helpful.
Negative: We were a group of nine and there wasn't enough seats in the lounge area for all of us.
