A nice place with one bathroom and toilet
Positive: The place is well maintained, clean with all amenities needed including thermal spa. The location is also great in the middle of town
Negative: It wasn’t clear that there is only one bathroom and shower which is challenging for a group, one room is small with a very uncomfortable mattress, the hot water is barely enough for 3 people (and rest need to wait), the place is a bit undated, but this one wasn’t a problem at all.

Comfortable base and great location for exploring Rotorua.
Positive: Well equipped, beautifully furnished with comfortable beds. Great location a short walk from the park and restaurants. This was a really good base for exploring Rotorua.
