Great base to explore Rotorua from. Positive: Great location, really spacious, great communication from owners.

The house is very comfortable and well suited for access to all things Rotarua. They provided loads of towels and many sets of dishes, which was really convenient. The hot tub is super enjoyable, but it does take much longer to fill and heat than described. You also have to rig the plug with weights and a cloth to keep it from leaking out. But once it’s all up and running, it’s so lovely. The major downside was no internet the entire time we were there. WiFi was strong, but the internet was out. I had to use my phone as a hot spot for everything.

A nice place with one bathroom and toilet Positive: The place is well maintained, clean with all amenities needed including thermal spa. The location is also great in the middle of town Negative: It wasn’t clear that there is only one bathroom and shower which is challenging for a group, one room is small with a very uncomfortable mattress, the hot water is barely enough for 3 people (and rest need to wait), the place is a bit undated, but this one wasn’t a problem at all.
